We have been busy bringing our Advocacy Strategy to life and it has become apparent that there is a real need, and therefore a real opportunity to be clear on what engagement is.
How Jemena is Fostering Cultural Connection while Developing the Energy System of the Future
The Jemena Gas Networks 2050 and Price Reset projects, were key when planning for how the energy transition will occur and what the future role of gas will be. Covering 2025 – 2030, the Price Reset project culminates with Jemena submitting a plan to the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) for the five-year period. It involves collaboration and consultation with stakeholders, customers and key voices in the community.

And just like that, the annual IAP2 Australasia Conference is wrapped up for 2023! What a fantastic three days full of insights, sharing, discussion and networking. There were so many great takeaways from the event, and we can’t wait to do it all again next year.
Te Whau Pathway: Engaging Through Change
Even through the unprecedented disruption of the past few years, the principles of good engagement have stayed the same. Ultimately, it’s about taking your community on a journey by understanding them and their unique context. In the Te Whau project, Auckland Council and Beca had the opportunity to put these principles into action while evolving our methods to fit a Covid context.
