Welcome to IAP2 Australasia - The International Association for Public Participation
IAP2 Australasia promotes the values and leading practices associated with involving the public in decisions that impact their lives. IAP2 Australasia is a not for profit association advancing the practice of community engagement and delivering member support to over 1100 members.
IAP2 Rebranding - we need your input!
Since IAP2 was established, so much has evolved within the organisation, our members and our practice. This January, it’s also been a year since IAP2 transitioned from a membership-based association model to a federation of affiliates, which is paving the way to the growth of IAP2 affiliates in new countries.
So it’s time we updated our brand to better reflect the modern IAP2.
A branding working group was established in October, with reps from across the globe including Australasia. By April 2012, a RFP will be published to contract an external provider to create a new brand and visual identity.

2011 IAP2 Australasia Core Values Awards
Congratulations to the Australasian Winners and Runners Up for Project of the Year and Organisation of the Year.
At the Awards Dinner, held in conjunction with The Australasian Conference for Public Participation 2011 on Thursday 20 October, the Australasian Winners and Runners Up were announced. IAP2 congratulates:-

Runner Up - Main Roads/AECOM - South Metro Connect - Roe Highway Extension
