Building an Engaging Organisation has only one focus how do we build an organisation with engagement at the heart of how it does business.
Building an engaging organisation is designed specifically for senior practitioners and managers responsible for the community engagement/ public participation function in the organisation.
Increasingly organisations are asking for practitioners to complete the IAP2 Certificate programme to prove their engagement competence, but this course focussed on what do we need for our organisations to be competent engagers?
This program is packed full of targeted learning for participants who want to know how to build a more engaging organisation, no matter where you start.
By the end of this comprehensive 2 day workshop you will be able to:
- Know how to build the commitment and readiness of your organisation to put public participation at the heart of its work.
- Identify the critical elements required to be an engaging organisation.
- Analyse the areas of strength and weakness of your organisation against these critical elements.
- Develop a strategy to get your organisation started or get it moving more quickly to an engaging organisation.
- Learn the models and strategies needed to embed engagement practice into your organisation’s culture, performance and brand.
- Participate in hands-on opportunities to take the models and apply them in your workplace.
