An excellent use of stratified random sampling to tap into “beyond the usual suspects”. Surf Coast Council should be congratulated for their innovative approach and for power sharing and showing trust in the community. This process had clear feedback and evaluation mechanism. |

A very robust process of ensuring all stakeholders were sought out, including the “often engaged”, “sometimes engaged” and the “seldom engaged”. Loved the Future Phone method for young people, with used their preferred methods of engagement. Excellent methods tailored to stakeholder groups. |
