Join master Place Maker David Engwicht for an interactive, two-hour re-imagining of an under-utilised amphitheatre space. This is not a lecture, but an on-site, action-learning event – a spontaneous ‘theatre of the possible’ that will engage the imagination of participants. How could this suburban space, designed for the occasional special event and resting place to watch the world go by, become a dynamic theatre for everyday life? Learn how to use this knowledge to transform your own patch of the world.
David Engwicht is considered one of the world’s most innovative thinkers when it comes to creating vibrant public space. Audiences have described his presentations as profoundly brilliant, inspirational and thought provoking. David’s curiosity, creativity and zest for life are contagious and this means his approach to community engagement is unique. Expect the unexpected!
